The enquiry form currently asks for full name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, company name, country, product interest, project scale, and project details. We may also receive information you choose to send by email, phone, WhatsApp, or other direct contact. The website does not ask for payment-card information or identity documents through the form.
We use enquiry details to answer questions, prepare quotations, discuss samples and specifications, coordinate logistics, and maintain business communications. We do not sell enquiry information. It may be shared with relevant internal staff and with a delivery or communications provider only when needed to respond to you or operate the website.
This repository does not contain a database or a named email provider. The server validates the enquiry and can forward it to an operator-configured private webhook. If no delivery service is configured, the form does not claim to have sent the enquiry and asks you to email us directly. Any email, webhook, hosting, or CRM provider used after deployment may keep records under its own terms; the operator should set and publish a deletion schedule before launch.
No advertising pixels, analytics tags, or marketing-cookie scripts are included in this codebase. Essential hosting or security technology may still create technical request logs or cookies. Google Maps is not loaded on the contact page until a visitor clicks “Load Google Map”; loading it may send browser and device information to Google and may involve Google cookies or similar technologies. WhatsApp, email, and other third-party links are governed by their own policies.
You can ask us to correct, delete, or explain how we use an enquiry by emailing contact@opulentstonearts.com. We take reasonable technical and organisational steps for the website, but no internet transmission or third-party service can be guaranteed completely secure. We may retain limited records where needed for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, or dispute purposes.
