Effective date: 27 September 2026. We review feedback as it arrives and use it to prioritise practical improvements.
Our goal
Opulent Stone Arts wants this website to be usable by as many people as possible. We are working toward the principles of WCAG 2.2 AA, but we do not claim that the site has passed an independent accessibility audit or that every page currently meets that level.
What is currently supported
The site uses semantic headings, labelled form controls, descriptive image alternatives where supplied, a keyboard-accessible skip link, visible focus styles, responsive layouts, and a text contact route. The Google Map is optional and can be left unloaded.
Known limitations
Some pages use motion effects, a custom cursor, a video background, dense image galleries, and third-party services. The current codebase does not include a complete assistive-technology audit or a full reduced-motion treatment for every animation. Third-party content such as Google Maps and WhatsApp may not be fully controlled by us.
Request help or report a barrier
If a page, form, image, animation, document, or third-party element prevents you from completing a task, email contact@opulentstonearts.com or call +91 98281 61077. Please include the page URL, the task you were trying to complete, and your preferred way for us to respond. We will try to provide the information or an alternate contact route.
